Frames: Steel frames are covered for the useful lifecycle of the product. Aluminum and dual suspension frames are typically covered for a 5-year period from the original date of purchase.
Parts: Refer to your product manual for the specific warranty term of your bike's parts. Replaceable parts under your limited warranty include derailleurs, handlebars, seat posts, stems, forks and crank arms. Improper maintenance and care, assembly or failure to make proper adjustments may impact your warranty coverage.
Pedal Assist Components for e-bikes (battery, motor and head module) are warranted for 2 years from original date of purchase.
Normal wear parts are typically covered for 30-days from the original date of purchase.
Wear parts are parts that wear over time with regular use. Proper maintenance and care can extend the life of your parts and bike, but will still need to be replaced at some time. Wear parts include, but are not limited to:
- Bearings
- Bearing races
- Rear shock mounting hardware and main seals
- Chain rings
- Cassettes
- Tires
- Tubes
- Saddles/Saddle coverings
- Chain
- Seals
- Brake pads/shoes
- Pawls
- Free hubs
- Wheel braking surface
- Spokes
- Grips
- Cables and Housing
- Bushings
- Paint fading caused by the effects of ultraviolet light (UV) or outdoor exposure
Manufacturer's limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, impact, abuse, misuse, neglect, ordinary wear & tear, anything you break accidentally or deliberately, stunting, jumping, improper installation or assembly, repair, maintenance, disassembly costs, paint damage, rust, theft, or riding with more than one person.
