We accept returns and exchanges on items purchased from schwinnbikes.com for (30) thirty days from the date of purchase.
Return shipping is not covered or reimbursed.
If you received an order that was incomplete, incorrect or damaged during shipping, please contact us for resolution.
Contact us to obtain a Return Authorization number.
Carefully pack and ship your item to us in new, unused condition, complete with the original box, Owner’s Manual and warranty card within 14 calendar days of receiving your RA number for a full refund.
If you need assistance packaging or shipping a bike, check with a bike shop in your area. They may offer this service to you for a small fee.
If your return is not complete or arrives damaged due to insufficient packaging, your return may not be accepted, or you may not receive a full refund.
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment, within 30 days of receiving the return.
- We do not accept returns without a Return Authorization on the outside of the package.
- We do not accept returns on items purchased from third party retailers.
- We do not accept returns on products marked as “closeout” items.
- We are not responsible for lost packages.
