Limited Lifetime Warranty and Policy on Replacement Procedures and Responsibilities
Your purchase includes the following warranty which is in lieu of all other express warranties. This warranty is extended only to the initial consumer purchaser. No warranty registration is required. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
Frame - Lifetime
Bicycle frames and steel scooter frames are guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship for as long as the initial consumer purchaser owns the bicycle, subject to the Terms and Conditions of this Limited Warranty. If frame failure should occur due to faulty materials or workmanship during the guarantee period, your frame will be replaced. A lifetime warranty on your frame does not guarantee that the product will last forever.
The length of the useful lifecycle will vary depending on usage and riding conditions, care, and maintenance. Competition, jumping, downhill racing, trick riding, trial riding, riding in severe conditions or climates, riding with heavy loads, or any other non-standard use can substantially shorten the useful product lifecycle. Any one or a combination of these conditions may result in an unpredictable failure that is not covered by this warranty.
All rideable products and frame sets should be periodically checked by a mechanic for indications of potential problems, inappropriate use, or abuse. These are important safety checks and are very important to help prevent accidents, bodily injury to the rider, and shortened product life.
Electric Components
E-Bike pedal assist components, including throttle, sensor, battery, motor, and display, are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the original date of purchase.
E-Scooter throttles are warranted for 1 year and batteries for 6 months from the original date of purchase.
Normal Wear Parts and Accessory Components - 30 Days
Wear parts naturally wear down through normal use and riding conditions and should be replaced as part of routine maintenance. Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty. Accessory component are non-structural, non-performance ancillary parts original to the product that is not subject to mechanical wear. Wear parts and Accessory Components are warranted only against defects in material or workmanship, and only for 30 days from the original date of purchase.
Normal Wear Parts and Accessory Components include, but are not limited to:
- Battery cover/mount
- E-Bike keys
- Bearings
- Bottom Bracket
- Brake pads
- Brake rotors
- Cables and housing
- Cassette/Freewheel
- Chain
- Fenders and Chain Covers
- Grips
- Headsets
- Kickstands
- Pedals
- Saddles/Saddle coverings
- Tires
- Tubes
- Wheels/Hubs/Rims/Spokes
Non-Wear Parts - 1 Year
All other parts of the bicycle or scooter (except Pedal Assist Components on e-bikes, Normal Wear Parts, and Accessory Components) are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original date of purchase, subject to the Terms and Conditions of this Limited Warranty.

If failure of any part should occur due to faulty materials or workmanship during the warranty period, your sole and exclusive remedy under this limited warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the affected part(s) as determined by Pacific Cycle in its sole discretion. Parts are subject to change or substitution based on availability.
Shipping Damage and Missing Parts - 30 Days
Claims for missing parts or significant shipping damage must be made within 30 days of purchase. You may be asked to return the product to the place of purchase.
Any other warranty claims not included in this statement are void. Reimbursement for costs associated with installation, assembly, disassembly, and return shipping are not covered by this Limited Warranty.
How to Initiate a Warranty Claim
Some issues can be quickly resolved with an adjustment, so we strongly recommend reviewing your owner’s manual for these fixes before initiating a warranty claim.
To proceed with a warranty claim, complete the Contact Us form or call 800-626-2811 to speak with a Consumer Care representative.
For your submission to be considered, it must include the model number, date code, and purchase information. Without this information, the claim will be denied.
Photos or video of the product and affected component(s) and a purchase receipt may be requested to complete the claim. Retain your product until further notice as it may need to be returned for evaluation.
Conditions of Warranty
1. This warranty is non-transferable, and coverage is voided for the purchase of secondhand bicycles, scooters, and trailers. If a product is fully replaced under the Limited Warranty, the warranty for the original product ceases. This warranty ceases if the product is rented, sold, or used for purposes other than general transportation or recreational use.
2. Your bicycle and scooter has not been designed to withstand abuse associated with stunting and jumping. This warranty ceases when you use the bicycle for stunting or jumping, or ride with more than one person, excluding tandems.
3. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper assembly or maintenance, or installation of parts or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the bicycle as sold. The warranty does not apply to breakage, damage, or failure due to accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, theft, or failure to follow the instructions and warnings in the owner’s manual or quick start guide. This warranty does not apply to damage due to installation of any kind of unauthorized power plant or internal combustion engine, modification or alteration of the brakes, drivetrain, or frame in any way.
4. It is the responsibility of the individual consumer purchaser to ensure that all parts included in the factory-sealed carton are properly installed, all functional parts are initially assembled and adjusted properly, and subsequent normal maintenance services and adjustments necessary to keep the bicycle or scooter in good operating condition are properly made. This warranty does not apply to damage due to improper assembly and installation of parts or failure to properly maintain or adjust the bicycle or scooter.
5. Additional limitations and fees may be imposed for warranty claims initiated from outside of the country where the product was originally purchased.
