Bicycle Limited Lifetime Warranty and Policy on Replacement Procedures and Responsibilities
Your purchase includes the following warranty which is in lieu of all other express warranties. This warranty is extended only to the initial consumer purchaser. No warranty registration is required. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
Frame - Lifetime
Frames are guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship for as long as the initial consumer purchaser owns the bicycle, subject to the Terms and Conditions of this Limited Warranty. If frame failure should occur due to faulty materials or workmanship during the guarantee period, your frame will be replaced. A lifetime warranty on your frame does not guarantee that the product will last forever.
The length of the useful life cycle will vary depending on the type of bike, riding conditions, and care the bicycle receives. Competition, jumping, downhill racing, trick riding, trial riding, riding in severe conditions or climates, riding with heavy loads, or any other non-standard use can substantially shorten the useful product life cycle. Any one or a combination of these conditions may result in an unpredictable failure that is not covered by this warranty.
All bicycles and frame sets should be periodically checked by a bike mechanic for indications of potential problems, inappropriate use, or abuse. These are important safety checks and are very important to help prevent accidents, bodily injury to the rider, and shortened product life.
Parts - 1 Year
All other parts of the bicycle (except Pedal Assist Components on e-bikes and Normal Wear Parts) are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original date of purchase, subject to the Terms and Conditions of this Limited Warranty.
Pedal Assist Components - 2 Years
The throttle, sensor, battery, motor, and display are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the original date of purchase.
Normal Wear Parts - 30 Days
Normal wear parts are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 30 days from the original date of purchase.

- Headsets

- Saddles/Saddle coverings

If failure of any part should occur due to faulty materials or workmanship during the warranty period, your sole and exclusive remedy under this limited warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the affected part(s) as determined by Pacific Cycle in its sole discretion. Parts are subject to change based on availability.
Shipping Damage and Missing Parts - 30 Days
Claims for significant shipping damage or missing parts must be made within 30 days of the original date of purchase.
Any other warranty claims not included in this statement are void. Reimbursement for costs associated with installation, assembly, disassembly, and return shipping are not covered by this Limited Warranty.
How to Initiate a Warranty Claim
Some issues can be quickly resolved with an adjustment, so we strongly recommend reviewing your owner’s manual for these fixes before initiating a warranty claim.
To proceed with a warranty claim, complete the Contact Us form or call 800-626-2811 to speak with a Consumer Care representative.
For your submission to be considered, it must include the bicycle’s model number, date code, and purchase information. Without this information, the claim will be denied.
Photos or video of the affected component(s) and a purchase receipt may be requested to complete the claim. Retain your bicycle as it may need to be returned for evaluation.
Conditions of Warranty
1. This warranty is non-transferable, and coverage is voided for the purchase of secondhand bicycles. If a bicycle is fully replaced under the Limited Warranty, the warranty for the original bicycle ceases. This warranty ceases if the bicycle is rented, sold, or used for purposes other than general transportation or recreational use.
2. Your bicycle has not been designed to withstand abuse associated with stunting and jumping. This warranty ceases when you use the bicycle for stunting or jumping, or ride with more than one person, excluding tandems.
3. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper assembly or maintenance, or installation of parts or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the bicycle as sold. The warranty does not apply to breakage, damage, or failure due to accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, theft, or failure to follow the instructions and warnings in the owner’s manual. This warranty does not apply to damage due to installation of any kind of unauthorized power plant or internal combustion engine, modification or alteration of the brakes, drivetrain, or frame in any way.
4. It is the responsibility of the individual consumer purchaser to ensure that all parts included in the factory-sealed carton are properly installed, all functional parts are initially assembled and adjusted properly, and subsequent normal maintenance services and adjustments necessary to keep the bicycle in good operating condition are properly made. This warranty does not apply to damage due to improper assembly and installation of parts or failure to properly maintain or adjust the bicycle.
5. Additional limitations and fees may be imposed for warranty claims initiated from outside of the country where the bicycle was originally purchased.
